The failure rate of businesses in Africa is alarming! Also disturbing is the reality that most African entrepreneurs will, at best, build mediocre and ‘survival only’ businesses that will add value only to themselves and their household over the lifetime of the business.

We consider this a waste of human capacity and the sort of thinking that undermines the African people and keeps them poor. The question is: why build a business that only feeds one household when you can, with similar effort, build a business that feeds generations? The 10X Growth in Africa Conference (or “the Conference”) was born out of a passion to see African businesses grow and scale in a sustainable way.

Our goal is to equip African entrepreneurs with the skills they need to build truly enduring businesses that improves the lives of the people and communities around them.

Conference Focus

The 10X Growth in Africa Conference is envisaged as a full day event with over 700 entrepreneurs looking to learn growth ideas and concepts while connecting with other entrepreneurs in attendance. It will seek to bridge the knowledge and skill gap preventing most African businesses from scaling their businesses. Specifically, the conference will feature
